We welcome you in this unique, Luxury & modern designed Vila in the old town Cavtat, where you will get Full privacy with 5 private bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and possibility to hang out on a stunning big terrace, with view accross Cavtat Bay and the whole Cavtat old town. Location is just perfect for Holiday, 50m on foot from Riviera (everything is easy to reach on foot), caffe bars, restaurants and all other amenities. Everything interesting is just few minutes from us.

This century old stone house has just been renovated. On the ground floor terrace is situated covered and heated swimming pool ( 9m2 , 130cm deep ).

This house is unique because it has a beautiful terrace where guests could sit and enjoy amazing sea view and evening sunsets with a glass of domestic Croatian vine !

Everything inside is new designed and made to give comfort and privacy.

Attic is pretty large and it's possible to add extra beds for your needs.

Our Luxury Vila with 250m2 has 5 bedrooms suitable for 10 persons. Three bedrooms are with double beds ( 160X190 ) and two bedrooms are with twin beds ... each of them has a private bathroom with a shower.

There are 7 air conditions in the Villa

Attic is pretty large and it's possible to add 1 extra beds for your needs.

Living room and bedrooms are with LCD TV SAT for use and also the apartment has free WiFi. Vila has a large fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy preparing your meals. Our guests can use large sea view terrace 20m2 on the 1.st floor with table and chairs to relax and enjoy together.

Vila has one entrance and you will get a key on arrival.

Available to guests Villa has a total of 250 m2 and all are available to our guests. Other notes Since the House Villa is located in the center of the city, and the parking space of the old part of the city of Cavtat is available in a public parking space located about 200 meters from the villa and has to be paid additionally. The daily ticket price is 15 EUR and must be paid at the machine when leaving the parking lot. The daily card must be requested when entering.

If Marina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
