About the home
Located within Cavtat old town, three attractively decorated 2-bedroom apartments are situated on the ground/first/top floor of an old Dalmatian stone property completely restored in 2007.
Modern yet traditional in style, apartments offer guests spacious accommodation for pleasant holiday. Each apartment is made up of two separate double bedrooms each with a double bed and a wardrobe, a bathroom features shower and washing machine, an open plan fully equipped kitchen/diner/lounge area with a fold out sofa capacity for two persons. The living area and one of the bedrooms have sea facing windows. Further there is a huge shared terrace overlooking the sea and old port, equipped with a deck chairs and comfortable garden furniture for outdoor dining and chilling out. The terrace can be totally private if whole property (three apartments) are booked at once. Air conditioning and sat TV are provided as well as washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
This accommodation is convenient for elderly people as for a family or a group of friends while it is situated in a quiet cobbled street just a stones through from the promenade where the restaurants, bars, shops, banks, post office and beaches are. The most beautiful pebble beach suitable for children is less then 5 minutes easy walk from the apartment.

The Dubrovnik Riviera/Islands region
Dubrovnik Riviera is steeped in sunshine and bathed in mild Mediterranean breezes, this part of Croatia is a lush region of beaches, steep reefs, coves, subtropical flora, forested islands and, its crowning jewel, the walled city of Dubrovnik. Off the rocky shores lies the large island of Korcula and idyllic Island of Mljet (National Park) and smaller islands of which the most popular are Lopud, Sipan and Kolocep.
Dubronik, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site with its protected and preserved Old Town, is one of the most beautiful and famous cities in Europe. In addition to a rich history and culture, it offers an abundance of heritage.
The region is famous for its wines, especially those from Pelješac peninsula and Konavle valley, olive oil, fishing and the cultivation of mussels in Ston area. All of these places are within an easy reach by boat, bus or car. Except this beautiful places there are some other fascinating spots to visit as: Trsteno with its botanical garden, beautiful Elaphiti islands, the island of Lokrum, Mlini and Cavtat.
The vicinity of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro is also one of the main advantages to spend a holiday in Dubrovnik Riviera.
The Cavtat / Cavtat Old Town area
Cavtat is placed 18km south east from Dubrovnik old town. It's a lovely green township famous for its cafes and restaurants, with lots of walking paths.
An hourly boat service operates from April to October. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Ticket costs 50kuna (one way), 80kuna (return). Bus service is also very frequent from 5am to midnight (in high season to 1am). One way ticket cost 12kuna. By car it takes about 20 minutes.
Additional attractions in the Cavtat area include horse back riding, diving and excursions to Elafiti islands and Cilipi folklore dance (on Sundays). We can book for you one of a variety of full or half day tours from Cavtat. The most interesting are Montenegro (Kotor-Cetinje-Budva), Mostar - old town, Islad Mljet (national park) and Canoe Safari (river Trebizat).

stayed in apartment kulish in august and would highly recommend it very clean spacious and has every thing you could need it is situated in a quite area right in the heart of beautiful cavtat, you could have a great holiday without moving from cavtat but you also have the option of hoping on a boat for Dubrovnik or any of the other islands close by, you wont be stuck for things to do. we booked this apartment through Mihaela butijer and found her to be very helpful and friendly and would highly recommend her . we will certainly be back. |
