A modern chalet with immaculate interior that is adjoined to a complex of 3 renovated chalets between the seaside villages of California and Scratby making them the ideal solution for the larger group or family.

Ample parking to the side and rear of the property with an open comunnal lawn to the front.

Perfect for a small family wanting a coastal holiday or couples looking to get away from it all.

The immaculately presented lounge is presented with a neutral design and two matching sofas for relaxation in front of the cosy fire.

The well-equipped kitchen forms a sophisticated base to prepare home-cooked meals.

Both bedrooms have a fully fitted wardrobe. The front-facing double bedroom has a quality mattress and memory foam top to ensure a peaceful nights sleep. The 2nd bedroom can be either a single bedroom featuring a full sized single bed with a quality mattress and memory foam top with its own pull-out (2' 6" x 6') into a twin bedded room.

The light and airy feel uplifts the formation in a stylish and sleek fashion, and a classic bathroom finishes the property to a standard of quality.

Furnished and equipped to a very high standard including bedding and towelling - your beds are made up for your arrival.

We haven't forgotten about today's technology and our guests high expectations; we provide free WIFI, 2 TV/DVD's; one standard TV/DVD in the back bedroom and a Smart TV/DVD in the spacious lounge area.

Electricity if operated by £1 coin meter.

A welcome pack for tea and coffee making on arrival together with all your basic condiments are included so all you need to do is unpack and start your holiday by the sea with a complimentary bottle of wine.

One well behaved small dog may accompany you on your stay at 144 and 145 Sunbeach Chalets. Sunbeach Chalets 143 is pet free for those who suffer from pet allergies.

How do damage deposits work?

If Margo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
