From the owner

Elegant, romantic seaside house called See Saw Sea was newly built in 2013. It's a stylish, contemporary, impeccably clean house over 3 floors. Behind its keyless luscious pink front door, the lower ground floor hides a bedroom with a huge 4-poster, a designer bath (next to the bed) and a mirrored wet room (with a huge shower head; big enough for two...) Then upstairs, to the shiny black kitchen and lounge with gold sofa bed and Corbusier recliner. Up the gold-balustraded stairs once more to the roof garden, with oblique sea views.

Should you want to go out, you are within kissing distance of exciting St James's Street in Kemp Town, Brighton, 5 minutes from the beach and the pier. You can see the Royal Pavilion as you walk down the road into town. Arguably the best bars in Brighton are within a few minutes of the house, there are restaurants, supermarkets, shops, hairdressers, beauty salons, all are just a street away.

Bedroom

Get naughty in the 6ft wide, Superking four poster bed. Choose your quilt and pillows - either feather or non-feather. Choose your fragrance - either Jasmine to lift the mood; Sandalwood to enhance physical sensuality; Lavender to increase sensitivity or Orange blossom to awaken the senses. Choose a book from the erotic library in the living area. Red Kartell lamps finish the look and beautiful black blinds ensure privacy and lie-ins.

Bath

Fall out of your bed and into your designer double-ended bath, whilst sipping champagne under the warm glow of the beautifully backlit 17th century masterpiece that ordinarily hangs in the Louvre.

Bathroom

Get steamy in the wetroom big enough for 2, with Italian gold tiles, infinity mirrors, thermostatic shower with 40cm rain shower head and microphone hand shower, underfloor heating, designer fittings, silky kimonos, luxury 800gsm towels, all decorated in sensuous black and gold.

Living Area

Decadent and beautiful, with a Corbusier chaise longue, gold sofa bed, Jaime Hayon lamps, contemporary art and photography by RYCA, Faile, Manel Ortega and more. Plus the sexiest erotic library with literature by DH Lawrence, Anais Nin, Alan Hollinghurst, Erica Jong, Dylan Thomas and many more. The kitchen and living area are bright and airy, painted Farrow & Ball Almost Black (like the rest of the house), with beautiful black blinds to ensure privacy.

Kitchen

Black gloss kitchen at one end of living area complete with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, cafetiere, pans, solid bronze cutlery, Vista Alegre crockery and tempting cookery and cocktail books.

Real coffee, instant coffee, teabags, white and brown sugar and milk are all provided. With 2 breakfast stools and breakfast table, sipping coffee or drinking cocktails will have never felt so relaxing.

Terrace

The terrace is a wonderful, relaxing and sunny space, west-facing with table and chairs, so you can relax with a glass of champagne while the sun goes down.

We have 3 charges - weekend, mid week or weekly charges and three seasons namely low, mid and high. Our nightly rate is based on a stay of 3 nights. Shorter stays can be requested but will be subject to a slight increase in rate. All stays incur a £38 cleaning charge.

There is a £200 breakages deposit which is returned to you after you vacate the house in the same condition it was found.

This is not a party house. No noise after 11pm.
There is no smoking inside the house, but you can smoke on the roof terrace.
This is a very popular property. To ensure our cleaning team can leave the house spotless for the next guests, it is very important to check out on time.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marina (the owner) a message.

If Marina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
