This recently refurbished apartment has a king size master bedroom with ensuite and twin bedded second bedroom. The spacious lounge diner is equipped with a contemporary dining table and 4 chairs, comfortable sofa and chair, flat screen TV surround sound, CD and IPOD player. The lounge and master bedroom lead through patio doors to the furnished balcony.
The Kitchen is equipped with all the mod cons as listed above.
A modern second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
For children there is a travel cot, bumper seat for dining and some toys.
Duvets, linen & towels included excluding the travel cot.

Dorset has it all.
The famous Jurassic coastline can be seen to stretch out from across the entrance to the harbour and is just waiting for you to explore. The Sandbanks chain ferry opens up instant access to Studland, Swanage, Corfe Castle, Weymouth and much much more.
There is a passenger ferry to Brownsea Island next to the Sandbanks ferry too.
Bournemouth and Poole have great shopping areas and being a university town, Bournemouth is famous for it's nightlife.
If you don't fancy the nightlife in town there are Cinemas, Bowling, Swimming with waterslides at Splashdown along with plenty of places to eat and relax close by at Tower Park.
Fancy Skiing......that's here too at the Christchurch Ski Centre - learn to ski or just have fun on the slopes with ski bobs or ski rings - guaranteed fun for all the family. The famous Monkey World, Tank Museum, Blue Pool, Sealife Centres along with many more attractions are all close by too such as Adventure Wonderland, Beaulieu Motor Museum and the New Forest with the free roaming Ponies of course!
For the more adventurous........why not book a day trip to France on Brittany's Catamaran or it's normal ferry and top up on the wine and beer - a great day out and the ferries are only 15 minutes away!
OR..........what about a day trip to Jersey or Guernsey from Poole or Weymouth, both advertised at under £30 per person - what a fab day to remember.

Soaking up the sun on the award winning beaches or visiting the many attractions right on the doorstep, it's the perfect location.
It has shops, restaurants and even Crazy Golf within walking distance too.

Short walk to beach and sandbanks ferry to Brownsea Island and Studland. No car required. Beautiful sunrise on lovely blue flag sandy beach and amazing sunset over the harbour in the evening. Close to ferries to Guernsey, Jersey and France from Poole. Great days out at Corfe Castle, Swanage, Lulworth Cove, Kimmeridge and Bournemouth. Beautifully appointed apartment with ensuite bathroom and all very modern, light and bright. Nice sunny balcony with views. Great parks nearby, Poole Park, Alum Chine, Sandbanks & Compton Acres. Will definitely book again. |

How to book..........please e-mail your enquiry and once availability is confirmed a booking form will be sent by e-mail for completion and return, along with your deposit to secure your booking. If you have any questions, I will be happy to speak to you on the phone and talk you through it.
A deposit of £150 'per week' is to be paid at the time of booking, with the balance of the rental to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the additional £150 Refundable Security Deposit, held against damages.
For late bookings (arrival within 8 weeks at time of booking) the full amount should be paid to include the security deposit also.
If you cancel your booking less than 4 weeks prior to the Arrival Date, we reserve the right to retain the Initial Deposit and the Rental, and refund the balance of any money you have paid to us (Security Deposit).
In these circumstances we will refund the Rental (less the initial deposit and any additional costs incurred) to you if we are able to secure an alternative booking for the Property.
Payments can be accepted by cheque or bank transfer (BACS) - details will be provided.
