Relax on sun beds on large patio by pool in sun or shade. Roman steps into pool. Shallow end just 1 meter deep.
Outside tables and chairs so that you can unwind in peace and quiet away from town and traffic noises. Watch from ELEVATED terrace the sea traffic of cargo ships, container ships, cruise liners, ferries, sea bus from Benalmadena to Fuengirola, fishing boats, police & customs launches, pleasure craft of all shapes and sizes some anchored just offshore in our nearest bay.
There are always flowers in the garden - hibiscus, bourgainvillia, plumbago, roses, orleanda, japanese honeysuckle.

We are on a hill and so access roads may be uncomfortable for those overweight.
There are 21 steps from road to apartment so may be difficult for sufferers of serious arthritis etc.
Apartment, pool and garden all on same level with fantastic elevated views of sea and nearby 3000ft. mountains.
Conditions
Arrival time after 15.00 pm. Departure time before 11.00 am. This is flexible if no guests arriving or departing on the same day.
25% of agreed price of holiday to be paid to confirm booking with balance to be paid minimum of 8 weeks before arrival date. Otherwise booking may be cancelled and dates rebooked.
If holiday is agreed within 8 weeks of arrival date then full price is to be paid to confirm booking.

The Costa del Sol region


The Costa Del Sol is an all year good weather resort with 300 days of sun per year. Daytime Temperatures 25-35C in Summer months. Usually some light breeze in summer. The Benalmadena holiday area is wedged between 7 Kms of sandy coast and 3000ft. mountains.
2 km uphill from Apartment is Benalmadena Pueblo, dating from Roman times, which has a quiet pace of life and a lovely square near the church. It is well worth a visit for the stunning views to the coast. Many bars and restaurants to choose from.
4 km away is village of Arroyo De La Miel ( Just 1 Train stop away ) which has many of the family Tourist attractions listed below. Because of large Tourist inflow in Summer all kinds of Food tastes are catered for.
Benalmadena Costa is 7 Kmts of Bays , Beeches, Cliffs, Sand and Marina making this a very Popular holiday destination from all over Europe.
Day trips by coach can be made to Granada, Rhonda, Gibraltar, Seville. If you hire a car there are so many places to go.

Would like to thank Ralph and Marie for being perfect hosts. Ralph picked us up at the train station and showed us round the area which was beautiful. The garden and pool area was wonderful, perfect place for a relaxing holiday. There was an intercom in the apartment which was linked to there villa for if we needed anything. Everything we requested was there. The bedroom is very compact & hot but just asked Ralph for a fan.. Problem solved! Near to the train station where you can get to anywhere from, we did our shopping in Arroya which we found very easy, we did all our cooking on the barbecue even a full english breakfast. Mosquito's weren't a problem just took our plug-ins. Already booked for next August. Cant wait, see you then :) Wendy & David. |

September 2011. If you want a laid back holiday,lying by the pool reading and enjoying the Andalucian sun, then Apartment Stevan Nicole is a great choice. The flat is on the ground floor, opening directly onto the garden and swimming pool, the owners live on the upper floors and since the house is built on a hill, you have your own entrance at the bottom of the property when the owners have their own at the top. I had the exclusive use of the garden and pool. I saw Ralph and Marie on the first day to do the check in, give me some information and then I hardly saw them for the rest of my stay. I had a wonderful time, reading, cooking, sunbathing, dipping in the pool and enjoying the splendid seaview from the garden and terrace. The place is very quiet and relaxing. The owners were available if I needed direction or a bigger pot to cook with in the kitchen, and they were very discreet and nice. I would say that a car is essential although with the railway station very near the villa and a supermarket at the bottom of the rather steep hill, you can manage without.
It was a great holiday, away from it all, and the only thing was that it went by too quickly.

14th to 28th August 2011. Just to say a great thanks to Ralph and Marie for a great relaxing holiday. The pool and gardens were pure bliss.The views were to die for, views to the mountains and sea, views beautiful. We watched the sunrise every morning. We stayed for 14 nights and hardly went anywhere, just didnt want to. We had everthing we wanted right were we were. The train station is close by and so easy to use to all over the coast. We have been coming to Benalmadena for 15 years and this is the most beautiful area we have ever stayed. Torremuelle is just what spain is all about, stunning. We have already booked for next year. Ralph made sure we had everything we needed. Barbie which we used everyday even cooked breakfast on it, toaster, iron, ironing board. there was an inter com which was linked in to ralph and maries villa and they were always on hand. Fantastic, see you next year and thanks again Wendy and David.
27th July to 10th August 2011 - The apartment is ideally situated for the train station, where the trains run in both directions every half hour. It is relatively compact although adequate and even without Air-Con it remains cool day & night. The lovely garden is great for outdoor eating and gives good views out to sea. 18th to 25th July 2011 - Thank you for a 'perfect place' to spend our honeymoon. The location is truly breathtaking; the views and peace and quiet were ideal. We found the accommodation simple and very clean. The bedroom is somewhat on the small side, but after busy days spent in the wonderful sunshine a bed was all that was needed. The garden is a wonderful place full of beautiful plants and the pool was simply heaven. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Jo & Keith (Norwich)
7th to 21st June 2010 - We had two fabulous weeks in the beautiful apartment and setting with sole private use of the pool with views to die for in beautiful gardens. It is very convenient for all the tourist destinations. There are tour buses to Tangiers for 58 Euros, a fantastic trip, and to Gibraltar, also a lovely shopping trip for only 13 Euros. There are many more sightseeing trips which are more expensive. We had a fabulous two weeks. Thank you so much Ralph and Marie and wishing you all the best for the future. "Efaristo para poly". Stayed at Stevan Nicole appt. for a week on 11thOctober 2009. Loved it. Have already booked for 2010.It is a bit hilly, so don't go if you have difficulty walking. That is only negative though and if you hire a car (which we can't, too old ) you will have no trouble at all. Pool area is lovely, very peaceful, good barbecue area and comfy sun beds. Take a plug in night light, very dark inside if you need to get up for the loo.Jill
16/09/2009 - Me and my wife are middle aged, wanted a relaxing break, and have just returned from a week's stay at Apartment "Stevan Nicole". Great hosting from Ralph, who even picked us up from the Railway Station when we first arrived. With exclusive use of the swimming pool, patio area and barbeque, which were all kept immaculate, it ensured that we had a peaceful vacation.The apartment has lovely views due to being high up on the hillside, yet everything from the railway station to the supermarket and restaurants is only a short ...albeit energetic, stroll away due to the quite steep hills. The trains to Malaga/Fuengirola run every 30 minutes and it only costs a few euros to travel to the Airport some 25 minutes away....definitely the way to travel along the coast and much cheaper than taxis. I have no hesitation in recommending the property to any couple wanting a relaxing break in a beautiful, tranquil location. Thanks again. Allan & Mary
8/07/2009 - Our holiday was fantastic and we had lots of fun and didn't go one day without having something to do. The bus runs every 30 mins to either Torremolinos or Fuengirola at a price of 1.35E eachway. Torremuelle is a very beautiful place with excellent views, shops nearby and very clean beaches and sea. The stay was extremely pleasant. The apartment and pool area were immaculate. Definitely recommend this apartment. Liam
15/03/2009 - Stevan Nicole is a lovely apartment. We don't drive and found everything easy to reach and the train station close by and easy to use. There are lovely cafes and restaurants in a short walking distance and if you fancy an energetic stroll there are some gorgeous places up the hill. The beach is close and very clean and well kept and even in March it was still warm and sunny. We would recommend Stevan Nicole to couples
( of any age -we are 30 but there are things around for every age ). A really lovely stay and great hosting from Ralph. Kim & Duncan

27/07/2008 We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Apartment "Stevan Nicole". What a fantastic holiday we had . The apartment is ideally situated in an elevated position with stunning sea and mountain views. It is so tranquil, yet close to all amenities ( beach, supermarket, railway station, restaurants, bars , etc ). It is far enough away from the hussle and bussle of the main tourist area. The swimming pool, patio and bbq area are ideal for relaxing. There is so much to do locally and so many interesting places to visit further afield . I have recommended it to my friends and family and would definitely stay again. Thank you. Peter
