The 'every 20 minute' train service will take you from Malaga Airport to
Torremuelle in about 20 minutes for approx 1.80E single fare. A taxi will
cost approx 25E for the same journey. It is very easy to find the train
station by following the overhead directions at the Airport
I shall be pleased to meet you at the Torremuelle Station if you travel on the train.

Probably best to link with Airline or use Google to select Car Hire Co but best do it before arrival.
