The apartment is just 150 metres, about 4 minutes walk, from the Gondola ski lift, and you can see it from the balcony! The delightful historic old town with its cobbled streets and character Mehanas (traditional taverns) is 10 minutes walk. There are shops and restaurants conveniently located within 50 metres from the apartment, and it’s just 5 minutes walk to the modern ski-resort centre with night life, ice rink, restaurants and bars. Ski hire shops are located very conveniently between the apartment and ski lift. There are spas, swimming pools, shops and restaurants all within 3 minutes walk. A car is not necessary but there is on-site car parking if required.
Apartment description: New in 2011, this is a spacious one-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a quality apartment development.
The apartment area is 55 m2 and consists of hall, bedroom, lounge/diner/kitchen, shower room, and balcony. It sleeps 5 people: 2 in the bedroom, 2 on the double sofabed in the lounge, and 1 on the single sofabed in the lounge. For larger groups there are several adjacent apartments also available to rent. There is a ski locker and restaurant (opening winter 2013) on the ground floor, together with spa and swimming pool (for a small charge) in adjacent building.

Activities: From December to April the apartment is an ideal base for skiing. In the summer months of May to September the climate is warm, and being located on the edge of a world heritage national park, it is ideally located for mountain walking, mountain biking (available for hire locally), golfing (there is an 18-hole Ian Woosnam golf course about 3 miles away), and general sight-seeing in this picturesque mountain location.

Nearby outdoor swimming pools are usually open in July, August and September. Indoor pools are open during the winter, and spas all year.
£100 security deposit is payable 1 week in advance. This will be returned within 7 days providing there is no damage to the apartment.
25% or £50, whichever is greater, is required as a deposit on booking. The balance is payable 3 weeks in advance.
There is a £15 charge per booking for cleaning, linen, towels and toiletries.

Sofa and armchair both covert to a double and single bed. The dining table seats 5 and the kitchen has cooker, microwave, and fridge. There are panoramic views through the window across Bansko and the mountains, and a door to the balcony.

Shower, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail.
Hall: storage space for shoes and jackets etc.
Ski locker: there is a designated ski locker on the ground floor.
There is a choice of spas and indoor and outdoor swimming pools nearby, the closest being a pool and spa in the adjacent building.
