Home description
Predela complex is situated directly opposite the ski road back to the Gondola. Even when there is little snow, as you can see in the pic below, the run is sprayed and is useable. Or, if walking, it's only a few minutes to the gondola. Restaurants, bars and the picturesque centre & lovely old town of Bansko also within walkng distance.
Spa facilities comprising Indoor pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna & gym are all free for guests to use. Cafe by the pool & some shops on the ground floor.
The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, one double bedded room with en-suite shower room, the other bedroom with twin beds & one folding bed. A folding cot is also provided for babies. It is furnished to a high standard with a fully equipped kitchen & central heating providing a cosy and comfortable stay. Wi-fi internet access & washing machine in apartment.
Situated on the third floor with lift access. Large windows & two balconies offer lovely south facing mountain views.

The Pirin/Rhodope Mountains region
Bansko town is full of charm and culture with narrow cobbled streets, stone houses, 120 monuments.
There is plenty to entertain all ages in and around Bansko. For après ski the traditional Bansko tavern ("Mehana"), with their exceptional charm and style offer local atmosphere with their cuisine and good selection of Bulgarian wines. Most of the local "Mehanas" even offer live folk music.
The Happy End Bar just by the gondola also offers bands & a club atmosphere.
Bowling Alley & brand new ice rink are only a few mins walk from the apartment.
Bansko area
In winter the skiing conditions are excellent with the Pirin Mountain being predominantly Alpine in character with 3 peaks towering above 2900m. Bansko is Bulgaria's number 1 ski resort, having the best and most modern ski centre of all Bulgarian ski resorts. It also has the best snow record and the longest ski season (Mid Dec - mid April) of all Bulgarian ski resorts. The slopes offer runs for all types of skier from novice to expert. There are 14 pistes totalling 65km including a 16km run plus cross country and off piste skiing.
The snowboard lovers can enjoy the great fun park. Every day skiers and snowboarders can take part in the competitions on the new piste on Shiligarnika. The resort also has an excellent ski school and hire facilities. There are also many shops providing opportunities to purchase new equipment at very reasonable prices.
In summer hiking, climbing, mountain biking and horse riding are popular. A brand new golf course just 3 km away will be finished shortly. Local companies organise trips in the mountains including mountain bike hire, white water rafting, canoeing and paragliding. The town hosts a week long jazz festival and other events.
The Rila Monastery & Bear Park are excellent places to visit within less than one hours' drive.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on your booking, full payment is required 8 weeks prior to start of rental period. 50% Deposit required for X-mas/New Year, half term & easter holidays.
£100 cash refundable deposit will be taken by the rental management company on your arrival to allow for excessive damages. This will be refunded by them when you leave the apartment.
£150 Security deposit payable at time of payment to be returned after holiday. (UK guests) Others to pay £250 total to management company on arrival.
