This is a beautiful ground floor luxury apartment on a new complex just outside Alvor centre. All the rooms are spacious. The apartment is furnished and equipped to a high standard with an 80 square metre terrace, that captures the sun all afternoon and evening with its south west facing aspect. With a lovely pool shared with the Condominium, and a children’s play area this is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets can be found just a short walk away in Alvor and also in nearby Portimao. The beaches (the nearest one 1.6km away) are fantastic with bars and restaurants on each one and with sun shades and loungers available for hire.

The Algarve / West Algarve region

The Algarve has miles of beautiful beaches and perfect a climate for playing golf and other sports and is easily accessible from Faro or Lisbon airports. The northern part of the Algarve is mountainous with lovely mountain villages to explore and is ideal for walking. The southern coastline consists of a long stretch of fabulous sandy beaches, broken up by extraordinary rugged cliffs and fantastic grottoes. Most beaches have watersports and sailing activities so whether you are after an activiy packed holiday or relaxation in the sun it is the perfect choice.


Alvor / Ma Partilha area

Alvor is a lovely unspoilt fishing village with a beautiful long beach and lots of fantastic restaurants. There are several beaches nearby the closest are alvor and Praia du Vau. . Most of them have high quality restaurants and snack bars behind them or on them. There are watersports centres and a RYA sailing school and lots of coves and caves to explore.
Top quality golf courses are close by. Penina, Palmares, Silves, Pinta and Gramacho are all very close. Discounted golf can be arranged.
Slide and Splash water park is 15km
Zoomarine is 20km
Alberfeira = 25km and Vilamoura = 40km.
There are several boat trips and jeep safaris on offer from Alvor
