Villa 8 is a three bedroom, 2 bathroom detached villa set in its own grounds just a few metres away from the main pool and close the restaurant, bar and shops.
The villa has been re-furbished with all new furniture, beds and curtains, along with newly fitted bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed whilst the two other bedrooms each have two single beds.
2 additional folding beds can be erected in the lounge but have to be rented as extras and added to the advertised cost - allowing the villa to sleep up to 8 people.

Albufeira is a two centre town that has a beautiful old fishing town with stunning beaches and a huge selection and choice of restaurants and many shops; it also boasts a newer part with more night-life with clubs and pubs and a further selection of restaurants too many to choose from to eat the same any night.

Further details indoors: The villa is located just 20 yards from the main pool area (which comprises of a children's paddle pool, main pool and heated upper pool) which can be seen from the patio of the villa. Immediately next to this pool is the main restaurant / bar and behind that are the tennis courts and reception.
Villa 8 is set in its own private grounds (which are maintained by Balaia's gardeners), with hedges all round and a lockable gate on the private drive. This makes it perfectly safe for children to play in the front and rear gardens without fear of them wandering off. The villa is surrounded by trees, so there are plenty of shady spots in which you can relax, or children can play out of the strong summer sun.
Conversely, if you want to sun bathe, there is always sun on the patio or rooftop sun terrace throughout the day. The villa has its own sun loungers, a patio table and chairs.
Further details outdoors: Balaia Golf Village lies just 35 km west (approx. 30 minutes drive) from Faro International Airport. It is 4 km east of the bustling holiday resort of Albufeira.
