From the owner

Dunes is a beautiful cottage located within one minute walk of Rhosneigr beach. It is part of a luxury development overlooking the bay. Dunes has been fitted out to the highest standard to ensure that you have comfort all year round.

You can relax and watch the sunset from the upstairs living area, or enjoy your breakfast on the balcony! The beaches at Rhosneigr are great for families, clean and safe with lovely rock pools, good for making sand castles and perfect for long walks. There's a fantastic selection of water sports, or you can just read and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The village is a five-minute walk away, with good eating places and great shops.

The layout of the cottage as you walk into the house on the ground floor is described below:
1. On the left is the twin bedroom with a shower and wash hand basin, on the right is the utility room with a washing machine combined drier. The first family bathroom with shower, toilet and basin is after the utility room on the right.
2. Further along, you would walk into the kitchen on the left, stairs going upstairs on the right and the first double bedroom in front of you with a patio door to the outside.
3. When you reach the top of the stairs, the lounge with a sofa bed, four person sofa and two single sofas is on your right. It has a balcony looking out to the sea.
4. If you turn left on the top of the stairs, you will have the king bedroom with en suite shower room on the right, a double bedroom in front of you and the family bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet on your left.

If Jun (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
