“Large apartment, Great Location” The apartment is located in a great location. A tram stop is directly outside the apartment, which made it easy to get out and about. We arrived late because of significant train delays and opted to walk to the apartment from Keleti. It was about a 20min walk. The apartment itself is located on the 4th floor with a lift. It is extremely spacious. The furnishings, however, are very minimal. The hardwood floors are very nice, but there is not a single rug or carpet. As a result, everything echos. There are also no curtains or outside roller blinds on the windows. Despite being on the 4th floor, there was a privacy issue with apartments across the street at our level. The owner is extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. Once we booked the apartment, we were provided with a detailed packet of the apartment: how to get there, how to get in, how to work everything in the apartment, etc.. He was also very helpful in providing info on what to see and do when I asked. In the end, we wanted to stay an additional and the owner was more than willing to accommodate us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Budapest and look forward to coming back one day.
