Beautifully restored property of approx. 138 sq metres with wooden beam ceilings in every room and natural stone walls. It is situated 900 metres from the city walls. kitchen and adjacent room. It includes a kitchen complete with appliances, TV, Dvd ,blu ray, Wi-fi (Fibra FTTH1 Gb/s) Speed Internet connection, espresso coffee.Large living room next to it, with sofas (high chair cot-crib for baby) four bedrooms with double beds (sleeps eight), three full bathrooms with shower units. Traditional and comfortable Tuscan accommodation on three levels, independent heating system on each floor, air conditioning in the four bedrooms.energy, heating and burglar alarm usage is included free of charge. The property is not far from the city walls and is perfect for families, couples and groups and for those who love to stay in a large and cosy space tastefully furnished. Two cars can be parked in front of the house. There are Four bicycles available that you freely use whenever you like.

It doesn't include a swimming pool nor a private garden. No housekeeping service is provided during your stay.You can stay in a clean and very safe house. Deep sanitization of all.

The turist tax is applied to non- residents of the City of Lucca in places to stay for a maximum of 3 consecutive nights.

The heating will operate from November 1st to March 30th at no additional cost.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ANDREA (the owner) a message.

    If ANDREA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
