The house is partially renovated. Other than the kitchen and bathroom much of the furniture appears to be from flea markets, although the mattresses are new.

The house has been improved to the stage where it is comfortable even though there is a final phase to be carried out. The furniture is a mixture bought in markets, collectable items (Lloyd Loom, art deco) and newly bought.
St Gengoux is typical of the region in an area where villages are not manicured to Cotswold levels. There are no back-to-back houses in France as far as I know let alone in St Gengoux. The houses referred to have entrances in two streets, that is they have two frontages.
The limited outside space is mentioned in the listing as is the suitability of the sitting out on the apron of the house.
This house is priced according to its position and facilities.
