    This accommodation is a real treat for anyone who loves authenticity. The decor of the whole accommodation is simply amazing! The views are incredible too.

    Buenas tardes, no me parece justo este comentario, pues en primer lugar respecto a la vajilla comentarle que la casa es para 6 personas y hay vajilla y menaje suficiente para mas de 6 personas ( en otros alojamientos hay uno por persona en mis casas hay para más comensales ). El tema de la calefacción, yo desde el primer momento que llegaron a la casa les comente que si tenían algún problema solo tenían que llamarme, estoy disponible las 24 horas del día, yo no vivo en la casa y es muy difícil controlar el tema de la calefacción pero con una llamada se hubiese resuelto, y esa llamada nunca se produjo al igual que el tema toallas y ropa de cama también se les informo de que si necesitaban más solo tenían que pedírmelo, tampoco se produjo la llamada, además en la casa hay lavadora y pueden hacer uso de ella en un momento dado, el tema de las copas de vino y cava, no es obligatorio tener en el alojamiento y por desgracia los clientes no hacen buen uso de la vajilla y la cristalería y rompen mucho ( tendríamos que incrementar los precios, no me parece buena idea) El tema de que le parece caro el alojamiento, discrepo creo que 5 personas una semana incluyendo fin de Año ( que en estas fechas se disparan los precios) al final a sido barato. Creo que todas su quejas se hubiesen resulto con una llamada. Y lo que me parece también injusto es que no hiciese mención a los detalles de bien venida que tenemos con los clientes, de todas formas por otro lado estoy contenta pues los clientes que han venido a mi casa a través de booking.com me han valorado como un alojamiento excepcional y eso es lo que reconforta.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
