“If I could - I would stay forever!”

Reviewed 4 Jan 2019

It´s the almost last typical Scottish house of Waternish and therefore easy to find. With a breathtaking view from far left (Cullin hills) to right (outer Hebrides isles)! Although it seems you are at the end of world (Isle if Skye) every Skye attraction is reachable within one houre by car. Beautiful walks through the hills, or long walks along the Atlantic Ocean. Very friendly people around and the owner couple of Talam Ur beats it all. Don´t omit an invitation to their near farm to get at least a hint of Scottish hospitality. They also breed a special kind (colour) of the well known Highland cattles (long horn) - a must have seen! Thank you for the best week of the year.
