Waikoloa Villas overlooks the Waikoloa Village Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., where you'll enjoy low greens fees. The championship golf courses at Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hapuna Prince, and the Waikoloa Beach and Waikoloa Kings Courses are just minutes away. The Villas has 8 buildings. It might help you to know what you are comparing: The best views are from A, D, E and H Buildings. In our opinion, D building has the best balance between ample close-by parking, services, fewest steps and ocean views. To us, it is all about how quickly one can get from the car to sitting on the lanai with a beverage. D building serves that goal well.
