Luxury beach home, 8000 sq ft living area, 20 metre swimming pool, located on the beach, mean seawater temp 83 F.

The villa has a luxury suite with a king bed, a family suite with 2 queen beds and a wheelchair accessible
ground floor bedroom /bath suite with 2 single beds.All bedrooms have a modern attached bathroom. Sleeps 8. All rooms are equipped with Ac and ceiling fans. Full free wireless internet access with free use of a laptop provided. 42" large screen TV with satellite. Main feature is a 6000 litre seafish tank surrounded by an indoor garden. The pantry is equipped with, a cooktop, 2 fridges, dishwasher, microwave,ice maker,washing machine and clothes dryer. Finest china, cutlery and stainless steel cooking ware is provided.
There is also a BBQ area .

Owner's reply: These guests requested a booking in 2016 for a return visit, prior to their review. Management refused to have them back. A negative review was expected. Our guests who have stayed with us know are Villa and our staff and do not need to be convinced on whats legitimate and whats fiction.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ranil (the owner) a message.

If Ranil (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
