Guest House Levantes is located in a new, beautiful holiday complex in Santorini. This private complex stretches over 6000 square meters and it is situated in the Santorini countryside, in a very quiet area, surrounded by vineyards and farms and it is only 400 meters from the black pebble beach of Vourvoulos, where there is also a small fishermen port and a beachside tavern, where guests have the possibility to taste fresh fish and local dishes. Just one thing, it is rather far from the center of the island (Fira town, with its nightlife and entertainments is 3 km far), for this reason a car is strongly recommended, also because there are not many connections by public transportation (2 buses a day) and it's not easy to get taxis (especially during the peak of the season).
However, regarding this it's important to know that, included in the rental price of the villas, there is also a car that guests have at their disposal during the whole stay.
This holiday complex consists of 7 different villas (in addition to the owners' residence) and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy an uncontaminated nature in absolute tranquility. The villas can be rented all together, which is ideal for weddings, family gatherings, big groups of friends, or separately. Each villa has a separate entrance, private pool (except one) and large outdoor spaces with BBQ facilities. Parking is available on the premises.
The villas are characterized by the traditional style of the Cyclades and offer the highest quality of finishes, luxury bath products and fine bedding made of natural materials.
Guest House Levantes features an open kitchen, fully equipped and a dining/seating area, with views of the sea and of the countryside. In the villa can sleep up to 5 persons (1 in sofa bed) it has 2 bedrooms, both with queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom and one of them offers sea views. From one of the bedrooms you can access the patio area, which features a built in barbeque and entertainment area, here by the poolside, you can enjoy a wonderful panorama and relax, sunbathing or sipping a cocktail that you can prepare at your personal outside bar, what else can you desire?

The prices shown are for 4 people, there is a daily supplement of € 35 for the extra person.
All travelers need to pay an “overnight tax” of 3 euro per villa, per night upon their check out.
Minimum stay: 3 nights
Check-in: 14:00 Checkout: 10:00
A refundable deposit of € 500 is required upon arrival and it will be returned at the end of the stay less any charges in case of damage to the property.
