From the owner

This house is perfect for a family or two families holidaying together. The ground floor has a large living/dining room with double sofa bed as well as normal sofa, dining table and chairs for 8 people, TV, DVD-player and radio, kitchen, bathroom and a back patio with door from the kitchen as well as front patio with garden. There is a BBQ and furniture outside for 8.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (one with double bed and 2 with 2 singles each) and a further bathroom. The main bedroom has a balcony with French doors overlooking the Veneziola Golf course and the Mediterranean sea. There is no need for a rental car as there is so much on offer within the complex and in the nearby area. There is a bus stop just outside and for those who want to bring a car there is free parking.

La Manga is a narrow peninsular set between the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor and it offers long, sandy beaches on both sides, Always within just a few minutes walk from wherever you are. The weather is fantastic almost all year round and there are many watersports on offer. There are lots of fun things for Children, including play parks Indoors and outdoors, mini golf, floating climbing Mountains in the Mar Menor and paddle boats etc.

The house is within short Walking distance of many restaurants, beach bars, supermarket, bakery and more.

There is a stair gate upstairs and cot and high chair for a baby. The house is located on flat ground and it is easy to bring a buggy in to the patio or the house.

Free tennis court, very big, lawned communal gardens with 2 large swimming pools, both with childrens' pool and life guards in summer. At least one pool open all year. Seaside promenade running along the front of the complex, 3 restaurants, bakery with cafeteria and ice cream bar, free wifi internet in the communal gardens and the house. There is a care taker on the complex. The beach starts at thecorner of the complex and the Mar Menor beach is located across the road.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
