Villa designed for relaxation and rest in its 200 m2 hosts sports area with jacuzzi and indoor pool with possibility of opening where you can enjoy the sun or stars, which make it unique in its category. All rooms merge into one space. ideal for couple or family also has accessibility for the disabled. Located in the center of the island in the village of Triquivijate with a population of 600 inhabitants with its three access roads to no more than 12 km from the port, airport capital and about 10 km from one of the main tourist areas. You can find bars, restaurants, supermarket ,. Possibility of horseback riding, hiking, etc.

Why can't I call Moneyba (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Moneyba (the owner) a message.

If Moneyba (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
