Villa Chryssi is situated in the North West part of the Chania prefecture at a magnificent coastal location called Tersanas. The villa itself stands at a very idyllic hilltop spot, without anything interrupting the view of the immense sea, which is accessible through a private path. At close distance from the villa, you will find 3 of the best beaches of the northern coastline. It is only a few minutes by car to the beaches of Tersanas, Kalathas and Stavros.

Layout

Villa Chryssi is an amazing, sea front property, that has the perfect layout for big families or groups of friends as it offers privacy among your group and spreads over 3 levels and covers 400 sq.m., comfortably accommodating 14 guests in beds and up to 16 guests if necessary & housekeeping 6 days / week.

First Floor

Three of the bedrooms are located on this floor:

-Master Bedroom: The bedroom features an open fireplace, separate entrance, Queen size bed (1,80 X 2,00), 32’’ TV, A/C, suitcase stand and an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. The room also opens to a private veranda with unobstructed sea views and sun beds, overlooking the pool.

-Bedroom 2: The bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom with a shower, safe, two single beds (0,90 X 2,00) that can be joined to form a Queen size bed if requested, 32’’ TV, A/C and a suitcase stand.

-Bedroom 3: The bedroom is equipped with a King size bed (1,60 X 2,00), 32’’ TV, A/C and suitcase stand. It also offers access to a private balcony offering stunning vistas of the sea and the White Mountains, also overlooking the garden.

-Finally, a family bathroom with a shower cabin is available on this level and it can be used as a private bathroom.

Ground Floor

The main entrance of Villa Chryssi opens up to a bright, sunny and airy open-plan living space, consisting of 2 sofas, an armchair, a 50’’ HDTV and a fireplace, offering direct access to a spacious veranda equipped with patio furniture, enjoying sublime sea views! The fully equipped kitchen offers top-grade amenities and an indoor dining area for 10 guests. From the kitchen, you have access to the veranda with a round, stone table for four people. Furthermore, three more bedrooms are located on the ground floor.

-Bedroom 4: The bedroom features a Queen size bed (1,80 X 2,00), 32’’ TV, A/C and an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. The bedroom offers access to the parking and the rear part of the Villa.

-Bedroom 5: The bedroom offers a Queen size bed (1,80 X 2,00), 40’’ TV, A/C, suitcase stand and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. The bedroom offers access to a veranda that leads to the pool and parking areas.

-Bedroom 6: The bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed (1,80 X 2,00), 32’’ TV, A/C and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, washing machine and a clothes dryer.

Lower Floor

On the lower level of Villa Chryssi, guests will find a second living room with large corner sofa, 3D 50’’ TV with Netflix, A/C, home cinema and a sound system. This living room offers direct access to the veranda and pool terrace. Additionally, a kitchenette with a wine cooler and a small fridge is also available, next to the sitting area. Moreover, an extra family bathroom with shower cabin is also available for this living area.

- Bedroom 7: an autonomous bedroom with its own entrance, boasting a King size bed (1,60 X 2,00), 32’’ TV, safe, A/C, suitcase stand and an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. The bedroom offers access to a veranda, that leads to the pool, after descending a few steps.

Outdoor Area

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area provides direct access to the playroom. The surroundings of the villa cover approximately 4.000 square meters. The exterior of the Villa offers several facilities which include:

- Α private, 65 sq. m.swimming pool, 1 - 2,4 m. deep.

- Outdoor jacuzzi next to the pool (The pool and jacuzzi can also be heated upon advance request, with an additional charge.)

- The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower

- A lounging spot with built-in bench and pillows and an outdoor sitting area with sofas and armchairs are available

- A shaded pavilion with an outdoor dining table for 14 guests

- A playground for our young guests is also available, offering swings and a slide.

- Fully equipped gas barbecue

- Parking space for up to 6 cars inside the Villa premises.

- Fully fenced outdoor area with full privacy
