Seaside Holiday Cottage with stunning views across Swanage Bay.

The house is set over 3 floors. Entering the property on the ground floor is a entrance hall and a twin bedroom with additional pull out bed, Double Wardrobe with drawers. Bathroom with W/C, bath and shower. Utility room with washing machine.

On the second floor is a modern open plan lounge with cosy flame effect gas fire and flat screen T.V. Fully equiped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, electric cooker, gas hob and fridge. The dining area seats 5 people. Double doors open onto the juliette balconette with stunning sea views across Swanage Bay.

The master suite on the third floor also has superb sea views and a double bed with built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite has a W/C, bath and seperate shower. The house is heated by gas central heating.

The property is set within attractive private grounds with parking for 2 vehicles.

The master bedroom/Bedroom one has a solid oak double bed with two matching side tables and built in wardrobes. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. There's also an infant's travel cot available. The second bedroom has two solid oak twin beds with an additional oak pull out bed. There's also a solid oak double wardrobe with both hanging space and drawers as well as a large wall mirror and solid oak side table. This bedroom is situated on the ground floor with it's own bathroom.

We are shocked and dismayed at the review left by this guest. This certainly was not the situation that occurred and has been misrepresented in the most untruthful way. We would like to confirm the property is a well presented substantially equipped and of a superior quality for the rental charge. The linen packages include towels and bedding for the required for the quantity of guests during their stay which is of a high quality. A change around of linen during a 2 week stay is available on request and offered during the booking procedure. The incident which occurred during the stay of the above guests has been grossly misrepresented. And reviews and feedback left at the property in the Guest Book confirm this. Communication with the Property owner is always dealt with within a few hours and they are always willing to accommodate any queries that arise.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If D (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
