15 La Residence is a little different to the typical apartment in the French Alps and, sleeping up to 8 guests, has more space and flexibility than a hotel room. It combines period and contemporary features to provide a unique, stylish and comfortable base for ski-ing or exploring the Alps at any time of the year.

Period features including high ceilings, panelled doors and wrought iron balconies combine with contemporary furniture, interesting artwork, ambient lighting, thick-piled carpets, 21st century technology and a simply stunning location to provide a very comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests.

With a floor area of 73 square metres, the accommodation comprises a large open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area, two double bedrooms, a bunk room, bathroom, shower and WC. There are also balconies with mountain views to each of the bedrooms and to the dining area.

Along with ample storage for hats, coats and footwear, the entrance hall provides a reading area with comfortable armchairs and shelves stacked with games, books and DVDs for a quiet night in.

The large living room offers a great space for entertaining or relaxing, and the L-shaped sofa can be quickly converted into a double bed if needed. A multitude of international television channels are available via satellite and Orange TV, and of course WiFi is available throughout the apartment.

The kitchen is fitted with integrated appliances, including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and induction hob, and is fully equipped with generous numbers of pots, pans, dishes, crockery and cutlery.

Underfloor heating and a highly efficient water heater ensure total comfort in the bathroom and separate shower cubicle, and there is a further separate WC to avoid bottlenecks at wash time!

The apartment is located on the first floor of the beautiful former hotel building, accessible via a lift from the foyer. On street parking is available immediately outside the building or in the carpark for the Tramway Du Mont Blanc located just a few steps away.

15 La Residence was awarded a French Tourist Board 4 star rating on 2 October 2015.

Excellent flat well equipped, clean and warm throughout our stay

appartment is close to both town and a reasonable walk to ski slopes. For non skiers there is a swimming pool in the town and various cafes and shops. A lovely local market on Thursdays !

Great stay in ideal location

We had a great stay in Robs apartment which was a short walk to the town and ski gondola. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Rob (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
