Due to COVID 19 we have had to change the way we do things and we would ask you to bring your own bedding and towels.

None will be provided.

Exquisitely sited 2016 luxury caravan for hire on Skipsea Sands.

Experience a relaxing and stress-free holiday home that is well equipped so everyone is free to enjoy every moment of their time away.

Gaze out over the sea view and stunning countryside whilst you enjoy a glass of wine on the south facing veranda.

Situated on a corner plot, with little passing traffic and ample parking. A five minute walk to all site facilities, shops and entertainment.

This 8 berth caravan comes complete with full gas central heating and double glazing. A double and two twin bedrooms.

Bedding is included and beds are made for your arrival so all you need to do is put the kettle on and relax.

The open plan, generous seating area has L shaped built in sofas, housing a double pull out bed and a feature gas fire. For your in caravan entertainment, there is a 32" TV with USB sockets and all Freeview channels plus a DVD player.

There is also a selection of games, books and toys to keep the children entertained.

The kitchen features a fridge and freezer, cooker with separate grill and seating for the whole family to enjoy a meal.

All the essential crockery and utensils are provided as well as a complete set of children’s plates’ bowls, cutlery and beakers.

A cot bed can be provided on request for a small fee.

The family shower room features a shower enclosure with thermostatically controlled shower.

There is also a separate toilet with basin.

Price does not included Entertainment Passes, these can be purchased from Reception, per holiday home (not per person)

Skipsea Sands Holiday Park boasts a fantastic day and evening entertainment programme. It has an indoor heated swimming pool, ten pin bowling, arcades, shop, laundrette and a beautiful beach. Beach access is a short walk away.

Absolutely lovely caravan

Just had a 3 night break with my daughters and grandchildren. Beds were all made up and were lively and clean. The decking around the van is safe for children and lovely to sit on with a glass of wine… More

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send John (the owner) a message.

If John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
