Gîte tout confort avec belle vue mer sur la commune de Siouville-Hague. Capacité 5 personnes. Animaux acceptés.

Agréé Manche Tourisme classé 4 étoiles.

Maison en pierre du pays (partie gauche sur la 1ère photo) comprenant:

RDC:

- Salon/Salle à manger avec canapé transformable en lit. (Matelas Confortable)

-Cuisine aménagée et équipée ( lave vaisselle, cafetière, une Senseo, grille-pain, bouilloire, four électrique avec feux gaz..)

A l'étage:

- un palier avec une grande penderie.

- une salle de bain avec double vasques et douche.

- Toilettes, machine à laver.

- Une chambre parentale (Lit 140x190cm)

- Une Chambre Enfants ou autres: Deux lits 70x190cm

Les draps, serviettes, torchon sont fournis.

Gîte totalement indépendant excepté de la cour commune pour garer les véhicules.

Extérieur:

- Une grande cour pour stationner véhicules.

- Un local poubelles, vélos.

- Un local barbecue totalement abrité.

- Deux terrasses gravillonées dont une grande avec vue sur la mer.

-Jardin non clos.

- Accès au costil (colline) menant au blockhaus avec vue panoramique sur la plage de 7 kms. Nez de Jobourg, La Hague.

Le gîte se trouve à 5 min à pied de la plage. ( plage réputée pour son spot de glisse, surf, et son drapeau bleu).

Nombreuses ballades possible avec son sentier douanier (gr 223, ses dunes, nombreux blockhaus, base de loisirs..

Le village à une superette avec boulangerie (5 min à pied), et une épicerie-bar-tabac-dépôt de pain à 8 min à pied. Deux restaurants, un bar avec animations concours pétanque, une école de surf, marchés, coiffeur, une base de loisirs.

A 2 kms de Diélette avec son port proposant des navettes pour les îles anglo-saxonnes ( Jersey, Guernesey, Aurigny) et une base nautique (voile etc..)

A 8 kms de Les Pieux avec tous ses commerces dont 3 supermarchés et toutes ses boutiques, marché.. (Bourg vivant)

A 22 kms de Cherbourg, ville dynamique. (cité de la mer, cinémas méga CGR etc..)

    If Thibaut (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
