MONSERVIA HOUSE is located in the Lisbon region (Central Portugal), in the area of Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, the 45 minutes ride from Lisbon International Airport. The house is situated near Magoito beach (2.5 km) and not far away from the beautiful beaches of the west zone (winch, Adraga, Praia Grande, Praia das Macas, Azenhas do Mar, acute, Samarra, São Julião and Foz do Lizandro, amongst others). Serra de Sintra is a permanent presence on the horizon of this region, with its historic and charming village (Unesco World Heritage) in which Pena Palace and Moorish Castle are symbols of the region itself. MONSERVIA HOUSE was built 30 years ago but presently restored to provide suitable conditions to those interested in renting a holiday house in this beautiful area. Here, you can enjoy the amazing weather, the peacefulness of the area, as well as the magnificent beaches and breathtaking landscape. MONSERVIA HOUSE is also located near unmissable places of cultural interests (Lisbon, Cascais, Ericeira, Mafra), therefore, it is an ideal place for those who want to enjoy a quiet holiday and also capture the history of the surrounding area, without having to travel much. MONSERVIA HOUSE is available for full or partial lease. The house has capacity for up to 9/10 people. MONSERVIA HOUSE is comprised of 5 bedrooms (4 double and 1 with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, 1 lounge, 2 kitchens (one of them in the garage), 2 hall's (one of which has a single bed), 1 garage and a backyard.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I cancel my booking?

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carlos (the owner) a message.

    If Carlos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
