The private garden around the villa is around 10,000 sq. m. and is mostly lawn, with some high plants and mediterranean vegetation creating many relaxing areas. In front of the house you will find a large terrace with cotto tiles, accessible from the living room and complete with a table, chairs and a portable barbecue for outdoor lunches. A hedge separates the pool from the rest of the garden, which is in the centre of the garden and measures 16 metres by 9 with a depth of 1-1.7 metres, with an outdoor shower, sunbeds and beach umbrellas. The parking area is next to the house and can hold up to 5 cars.
