“Excellent location”

Reviewed 13 Aug 2012

This property was just what we wanted in a rural location, quiet and left to our own. Lovely walks nearby would recommend to anyone and would stay there again. Excellent facilities the only downside being no enclosed garden but as lots of walks nearby this didnt really matter to us. Welcome pack was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay

“Wonderful property and great location”

Reviewed 26 Nov 2011

We visited for a short break. We needed to be close to Sheffield but wanted to stay out in the Peak District. The location is perfect for both the city as well as for exploring the Peak District. The cottage was modern and clean and well appointed. Provisions had been left for us on our arrival which was a nice touch. James (owner) and his family made us feel welcome on his farm giving us space and freedom. Time for a chat if wanted or just to roam. Easy booking. Friendly, peaceful  environment allowing for a very relaxing break.
