Discover the PANORAMIC LOFT & MAINFLOOR, an exceptional residence on 3 levels completely renovated in 2018, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Annecy and the majestic surrounding mountains.

This unique property consists of two 3-bedroom apartments, spread between the ground floor and the first floor. The two spaces are distinct, separated by an independent private level, occasionally reserved for the owner and not available for rent.

The PANORAMIC LOFT & MAINFLOOR offers a total area of 3767,37 sq.f, complemented by an outdoor terrace of over 2152,78 sq.f.

Both apartments feature a furnished terrace with a jacuzzi offering unobstructed views of the lake.

Ideally located just a few hundred meters from Lake Annecy and the port of Sevrier, this property provides an exceptional setting for a memorable stay.

The LOFT includes:

- A bright living room with a lounge furnished in white leather, a television with home cinema (Netflix, Youtube, TV...), access to the covered outdoor terrace, a dining area for 10 people, and garden furniture, all with stunning views of the lake.

- One double bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and an adjoining shower room.

- A TV and games area on the mezzanine with a double bed if needed, and a lake view.

- A spacious bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and double sinks.

- Two independent toilets.

- A laundry room with a wine cellar, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, etc.

The MAINFLOOR offers:

- A beautiful living space with a lake-view lounge furnished in contemporary leather, open to the kitchen. A connected TV with home cinema (Netflix, Youtube, TV...), and access to the sheltered terrace.

- A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, freezer, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, a dining area for 8 people, and access to the terrace.

- Three double bedrooms (2 with 160x200cm beds, one with a 140x200cm bed), two of which offer stunning views of the lake and direct access to the terrace.

- A shower room with a toilet and a sink.

The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2/person), kitchen towels (2/kitchen), bath mats as well as welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing product, some washing tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper /wc…) are included in the service together with final stay cleaning.

In order to take full advantage of the jacuzzis, 2 dressing gown and 2 pairs of slippers are included in the price of the service, the others are optional.

We can provide you with a free BB cot and a high chair on request. Linen for this bed is optional.
