Botanic Duplex Terrace Apartment is a Duplex with private terrace and beautiful views, (Giralda and Cathedral) located in the heart of Barrio de Santa Cruz, with capacity for five people.

We have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen and private terrace.

Airport by bus, 30 ''. Airport by taxi, 15 ''. Train station, 10 ''

There are very nearby supermarkets, banks... which will indicate to your arrival. Located in the historical center and commercial area. You can explore everything on foot.

It is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, heating, free internet, linens, towels, washing machine, baby cot, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. It is suitable for people with reduced mobility when having elevator in the building and one of the bathrooms have a shower for wheelchair.

The apartment has two floors: the ground floor is the master bedroom with 2 single double, bathroom, living room, and separate kitchen with dining table for 5 people, and sofa and armchairs for a pleasant stay. Its spacious living room has balconies overlooking the street Conteros. All rooms are bright and exterior. On the second floor of this duplex is a bedroom with 3 single beds and a sofa, where there is access to the beautiful private terrace full of flowers and plants, with dining table for six and an area of seating for four / five people.

The apartment is bright and quiet, and is a charming place that will make your stay in Sevilla unforgettable.

The apartment is located near the historic downtown shopping and commercial district. All shops in the commercial district of Seville (Sierpes Street, Tetuan, Francos, Plaza Nueva) are very close to this unique residence.

The apartment is located near the historic downtown shopping and commercial district.: The Guadalquivir River, the Torre del Oro, the Alkázar, the Museum of Fine Arts, Palace known as “La Casa de Pilatos”, and anything that you can visit in Sevilla is within minutes of this charming duplex.

The apartment is located just fifteen minutes by taxi from the airport. The taxi fare is 25 € to the airport-city center. From the train station is ten minutes by taxi, it costs about 8 euros.

You can also access the airport by bus, a walking distance of 10 minutes to the apartment
