The apartment is situated on the second floor of a three story house, right in the heart of town, strategically located to discover all what Seville has to offer.

The property has just been completely renovated, everything is brand new. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed, huge wardrobe and balcony. The living area is very cozy and bright, with an eco friendly fireplace, and two balconies which provide it with plenty of natural light. WiFi, AC. Large kitchen fully equipped, bathroom with a shower. The apartment has been designed to make you feel like at home, you will get that nice vibe as soon as you walk in.
The location of the apartment is unbeatable, only about 200 metres from Alameda de Hércules and hardly 3 minutes walk from Plaza del Duque (El Corte Inglés), considered to be the very centre of town.

Why can't I call Rocio (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rocio (the owner) a message.

If Rocio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
