Charming one bedroom duplex apartment with a large private terrace, located in the main shopping area in the very centre of Seville.

On the lower level is the living room, which includes a sofa, coffee table, dining table and TV. There is plenty of light from the french doors which open onto a julienne balcony. The kitchen, well-equipped for self-catering, is adjacent to the living area, as is a separate toilet.

On the upper level is the bedroom with double bed (1,35 x 1,90 m) and a large en-suite bathroom. The private terrace, accessed directly from the bedroom, is furnished with deckchairs, table and chairs. It is partially shaded by a canopy making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the Sevillian sunshine.

Dear guests, We have recently improved the terrace with a new painting. We’ve also repaired some minor damage in the kitchen cupboards. There were plants in the terrace that couldn’t resist to the summer in Seville. If the apartment is booked for several days, we also depend on the collaboration of our guests, as I can’t go inside to take care of the plants. We will try to replace the plants in Autumn. Thank you very much for helping us to improve our services.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
