Sevillian town-house right in front of the Cathedral and the Giralda. With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living-dining room, kitchen and central patio. Private terrace and viewing platform. 4-story luxury in a unique location, with elevator. South-faced. Suitable for 8+1 guests.

Refurbished to a superior standard while respectful of the original architecture, the house combines modern elements with traditional features of Sevillian craftsmanship such as carved wooden doors, wrought ironwork and ceramic tilework. The entrance of the house is through a patio with a seating area and a tiled fountain, where you can breathe tranquility, freshness and quietness.

The living room features a traditional Sevillian cierro window that lets in plenty of light and looks out towards the Cathedral. It is furnished with sofas, armchairs, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all main utensils and appliances, including microwave, oven and dishwasher. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a drying area, on the terrace.

Other features: TV, internet WIFI and air-conditioning in all rooms (with cooling and heating). The elevator goes from the ground floor to the top floor.

4 Bedrooms + 4 bathrooms: each sleeping room has a double bed, a full bathroom with shower and plenty of wardrobe space. There is an additional supplementary bed available, which completes the house capacity to sleep 9.

Terrace & viewing platform: The house provides a beautiful terrace with plants, canopy and garden furniture. There is a second terrace with a laundry room and a higher terrace with a viewing platform - perfect for enjoying an unrivalled view of the Cathedral and Giralda tower.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
