"Grandma's House Clementine townhouse where my grandparents lived was the target of a careful refurbishment in order to be able to honor them and cause the place where they lived last in time.

The ' Grandma's House Clementina ' is composed of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, dining room/TV room, inner courtyard, laundry, cable TV, free wi-fi.

It is situated in a quiet location in the city centre of Funchal (Rua Santa Emilia Alley), fully renovated with careful decor to provide you a stay with all the comforts in the magnificent island of Madeira. It is close to the Cathedral the Funchal Cathedral, Mercado dos Lavradores, the old town, Marina and Madeira wine Museum (5/10 minutes walk). Bakery and greengrocer's to 30 meters from the Villa, about 100 supermarkets, pharmacies, as well as all kinds of trade.

Availability of transport from the airport to the Villa "Grandma's Clementina" upon payment of 30 €.

Possibility of parking in the garage next to housing (5 meters) for 5 €/dia. hire car and don't choose to park in the garage, there's a parking lot at 350 yards away from the House, 1 minute, 3 minute walk, this parking lot of 7:0 pm in the afternoon at 08:00 in the morning is free of charge, every hour costs 0.50 cents.

How do damage deposits work?

If Hugo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
