Somos así, gracias por sus halagos, pero nos encanta que lo paseis lo mejor que podáis, ponemos nuestro granito de arena para que la estancia sea la más encantadora. Como bien dice comer se come bien en cualquier lugar, su gastronomía es desbordante. Nos satisface que el apartamento sea vuestro agrado y que os sintierais como en casa. Gentes como vosotros merece la pena haberos conocido, queremos gentes así, no me puedo quejar de los huéspedes que han pasado, pero queremos que volváis, habéis dejado el apartamento muy limpio y ordenado, os lo agradezco. Muchas gracias vuestra puntuación tan alta, os recomiendo donde vayáis con un 12..Me despido si no que va a pasar. Conchi y yo un fuerte abrazo para los 3..Carmen ha sido un placer..hasta pronto...

We loved having you in our apartment, family with children who had a great time, they even made Spanish friends in the pool. Estimada Caridad: Muchas gracias por su opinión, como lo describe tan natural, como en sí lo es, e incluso zona de playa virgen protegida. El apartamento equipado con todo lo necesario, como si estuviera en casa. Desde la terraza viendo la playa y la piscina muy limpia y segura, ademas en los meses de Julio y Agosto socorrista, viniendo con dos niñas entre 4 o 5 años que se lo pasaron de rechupete, prueba de ello que quieren volver, posiblemente repitan pues lo hacen muchos. Le esperamos de nuevo con todo el corazón, aquí estamos...Sanlucar y el apartamento tienen algo especial, puedes ser mágica??...

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Manuel (the owner) a message.

If Manuel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
