Townhouse on 2 floors. On the top floor is the master bedroom with double bed and terrace, a room with two twin beds and a bathroom with tub. On the main floor are the kitchen, the living room, a room with double bed, bathroom with shower, a backyard with tendal and a nice front porch with table and chairs. Kitchen with microwave, hob, oven, juicer, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and electric boiler. linens and bath towels provided. 3 bikes and 2 scooters available to guests. Travel cot with mattress. Beach toys and stories. Floor area of ​​85 square meters. Air conditioning in the rooms (master and twin beds) upstairs, ceiling fans in every room. Location: 1.5 km from the area of ​​therapeutic muds of the Mar Menor and Villananitos beach, ideal for children for its shallow depth. A 2 km from the Mediterranean beaches. A 14 minute walk from the bus station in San Pedro. 9.6 km from the airport of San Javier (Murcia) 1 km walk are the Mercadona and Lidl.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
