This bungalow is centrally located in a cozy and quiet neighborhood in San Pedro del Pinatar. Restaurants, bars, a supermarket and various shops are within walking distance. The house is about 1200 meters from the beach on the Mediterranean Sea. The Costa Blanca is also known for its beautiful golf courses. At about 7 kilometers you will find the nearest golf course, where you may occasionally play a game of golf.

The bungalow has a spacious terrace of approx. 37 m² at the front. In addition, the bungalow has a private pool. The entrance of the bungalow provides access to a very spacious living room with an open kitchen. Both the living room and the kitchen provide plenty of natural light through the large windows that the bungalow has. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances, such as an oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher etc.

At the back of the bungalow you will find the 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 bedroom at the front. In addition, this bungalow also has 2 modern bathrooms. There are 2 double beds and 2 single beds, all box spring. The bathrooms are equipped with toilet, sink and spacious walk-in shower. In addition, at the back of the bungalow is a patio of about 12 m², equipped with washing machine and dryer. At the front of the bungalow you will find a stone staircase that provides access to the private roof terrace. The roof terrace is very spacious and measures approx. 85 m². On this roof terrace you can enjoy the Spanish sun all year round. On the roof terrace is an outdoor kitchen, but also a lounge with sun Peragola, where you can relax.

In total there are 3 bedrooms, all with a spacious double bed. The bungalow includes Dutch, Flemish television including fox sport and ziggo sport and Wi-Fi. At a few minutes you will find the cozy Dos Mares shopping center.

For bad and bed linen there is a charge of €10 per person. Furthermore arrivals and departures between 22:00 and 07:00 will have an additional charge of €25.

This bungalow is located approximately 65 kilometers from the international airport of Alicante. Also Murcia airport (Corvera) is only 8 kilometers away. With the daily flights from the Netherlands and / or Belgium you are always back in your beautiful bungalow.

Total Service: We also provide airport service. If desired, we can also pick you up from and bring you to the airport. Upon arrival at the airport a Dutch-speaking driver will be waiting for you. This will take you directly to your holiday home and back to the airport at the agreed time. If desired, we also provide a shopping package on arrival. We will do everything to give you a wonderful holiday!

Key transfer: Key collection is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day of stay from 4 pm onwards. On the day of departure you normally leave the house before 11 am. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. Upon your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They welcome you and personally do the key handover and give you some useful tips about the nearby area. They are also the point of contact during your stay.
