Villa Cristal is situated about 15 minutes walk from the beaches and promenade of San Juan de los Terreros in a lovely established tropical styled urbanizacion. The villa has gated driveway and pedestrian access to an enclosed grass garden. Entrance into the villa via the front door leads to the open plan living areas. the kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher etc a breakfast bar next to the kitchen is also complimented with a dining table and 6 chairs. the lounge has comfy sofas, Uk TV [via internet], Spanish TDT channels and also a connection to an Astra 1 dish for receiving channels from France, Germany, Holland etc [you must bring your own receiver to use these channels]. The lounge has a large airco unit which heats and cools. Free WIFI is available in the property. From the lounge is patio doors out to the garden and pool area where there is an al fresco covered dining pergola with a table and 6 chairs, awnings give optional shade for those super hot summer days. The private pool is approximately 7m x 4 meters and is maintained all year round. Back inside the villa the Master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, airco and an en-suite shower-room. The second double bedroom has airco and fitted wardrobes and the 3rd bedroom has ceiling fan, fitted cupboard and twin beds. There is a family bathroom and also separate WC, all the accommodation is ground floor. Outside the property is surrounded by grass gardens and there is steps up to the rooftop solarium.

The location was quite nice but the villa was in a very tired state not very clean and the pool was not working efficiently, the garden was very untidy with long grass and very difficult To walk out… More

Wow what a dissapointing review. Unfortunately we cannot control how many mosquitos are about at different times of year, we are good .. but thats beyond our control. No locks on bathroom doors, never a problem to ANY visitors before. Blocked pool shower [fixed within 1 hour], garden whilst perfect [and the grass not above 3cm] was maintained AGAIN after 24 hours especially for you. And any pool issues were attended to straight away. I guess you just wanted to vent.. thats ok. You never said if you got your jewelry which you left and then we hunted down and returned to you?

Great location near to the beach and restaurants

The villa has a lovely private pool and pretty garden - great for families and couples alike. A short walk into the town gives you a great choice of restaurants and shops.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
