The Andalucia region

Whilst a lot of the Costas have been over developed with high rise blocks, nightclubs and kiss-me-quick mentality. This part of Spain remains traditional and friendly. The 'no building above 3 stories' rule which was implemented a few years back means that most coastal resorts are more family orientated and cater more to Golfers, walkers cyclists and relaxation seekers than clubbers. With close proximity to Almeria and Murcia airports and excellent road links West and East, you can be sure of easy access to beautiful beaches, natural parks, historic castles or larger towns and cities for shopping.

With an average of 320 days of sunshine per year, the Costa Almeria has arguably the best climate in Spain. .

San Juan de los Terreros

This stunning new urbanizacion on the edge of San Juan de los Terreros has every amenity you will ever need. With easy access from the motorway (E15 AP7) you will be sure to appreciate the stunning views of the sea and the mountains. The communal swimming pools are only steps away and onsite is paddle tennis, an outdoor gymnasium area, beachside walks, a supermarket, Cycle Hire, indoor gymnasium (Pay per visit), restaurants and a fantastic beach bar 5 meters from sea. There is very easy access to the wonderful promenade which leads to more beaches and shops and the lovely village of San Juan.

The apartments are new and have been equipped with everything you will need for either a wonderful family holiday, long weekend escape or extended winter let.

The complex is accessed via a security gate into the urbanizacion and up a few steps to the front door. Inside is a separate kitchen (large fridge freezer/dishwasher/oven/hob/microwave etc) and utility (washing machine) then good sized lounge/dining area (table and 4 chairs, sofa, FREE WIFI (In selected apartments with UK Tv & Spanish TDT) with access to an outside balcony .

Master bedroom has a double bed with ample wardrobe space and an ensuite shower-room and toilet).

Bedroom 2 has twin beds and ample wardrobe space.

There is airconditioning and heating in all rooms in the apartment so no matter what time of year it is you will be comfortable.
