En el centro de San José, corazón del Parque Natural del Cabo de Gata-Nijar, reconocido por la UNESCO como Reserva de la Biosfera y Geoparque Mundial.

Con vistas al mar, puerto deportivo, playa y montañas.

Situado en una calle muy tranquila, a solo 3 minutos ANDANDO al centro (230m) y a solo 4 minutos ANDANDO a la playa (300m).

La vivienda: 55 m2, un dormitorio con cama matrimonial, otro dormitorio con dos camas de 90cm, salón, cocina, baño completo y terraza con muebles de jardín.Totalmente equipado: menaje de cocina, lavadora, vitrocerámica, frigorífico de 170cm, calentador eléctrico, cafetera italiana, olla rápida, plancha-con tabla, ropa de hogar y mobiliario práctico, pensado para la comodidad del cliente. Estarás rodeado por nuestros jardines, con, pinos, olivos, higueras, palmeras, cactus etc.

En las zonas comunitarias encontramos algunos escalones sueltos. Para el acceso a la vivienda se hace mediante escaleras ( 6 peldaños).
