From the owner

Gite Obelix (3-star, Etoiles de france officiel) was the former cowshed of the farm and was completely rebuilt and renovated into a charming holiday home with all the comforts. Obélix is part of Morvan Rustique, a small and unique holiday complex with a total of 6 gîtes. Obélix is stylishly furnished with central heating, but also with a cozy fireplace. You have inside access to satellite television, DVD player and free access to wireless Internet. The large kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer and coffeemaker. The bathroom has a large shower, toilet and sink. On the first floor there is a 2nd toilet and sink and 3 large double bedrooms with good box-spring beds, as required 1 or 2-person setup. From the loft you can use the back door to a large wooden sundeck (afternoon) and a large private garden. Gite Obélix is very suitable for families with small children and there are facilities such as high chair, cot, stair gate, baby bath. On the spacious grounds include playground equipment, but also a petting zoo with small farm animals like chickens, ducks, rabbits, pot-bellied pigs, miniature goats and chickens. Arjen and Nancy, the owners who are your neighbors also keep horses of the breed Irish Cob and you may as an experienced horseman sign in for some rides through the beautiful surroundings.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
