This magnificently situated cottage, just over an hour from Galway, 4 miles from picturesque Roundstone fishing village and three miles down a single track road yet worth the journey. It overlooks the beautiful Bertraghboy Bay in Connemara and is surrounded by countryside and the far reaching views across to the Twelve Pins mountain range. A haven for nature lovers and those seeking a get-away-from-it-all holiday, perfect for walkers and birdwatching. Locally there is golf, pony trekking and sea angling with a choice of sandy beaches. The cottage is more suited to a small family as access to the shower room is via one of the bedrooms.Shop 4.5 miles. Pub. Restaurant 4 miles. Beach 6 miles. GF: lounge/kitchen/diner, 2 doubles 1 with ensuite shower room.Oil by meter read and electricity by meter read, open fire with starter pack, linen and towels included, cot, high chair, TV, dvd player, radio, fridge with small ice box, microwave, w/machine, dryer, hairdryer, alarm clock, welcome pack, partially enclosed garden, garden furniture, private off road parking. Sorry no pets.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
