Nous prenons grand soin de la satisfaction de nos voyageurs et sommes désolé que ce séjour ne vous ai pas convenu. Vous voudrez bien noter que l'annonce ne stipule pas la prestation du petit déjeuner (même si thé et café sont à disposition) Vous voudrez bien vous souvenir qu'une bouteille de cidre vous a etait offerte dans le réfrigérateur et que tous produits de soins sont également fournis à discrétion. Pour vous être agréable, le coût du ménage reste une option (comme précisé sur l'annonce) Ne pas souhaiter payer le menage et laisser les lieux sale ne peut être une autre option... Merci d être plus attentif aux conditions de location et à notre volonté De bien faire.

How do damage deposits work?

If Christine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
