Cute dependance 52sm beside a villa in Fregene, the most elegant seaside of Rome, full of services and relaxing only 40 minutes from Rome well connected with bus or train.

You can go by bike, horseride, go to pinewood, many restaurants on the beach and Ostia Antica ruins are at 15 MIN. Fregene is really a place to rest and stay in the nature. Fiumicino Airport and village at 15 minutes

I live in the main villa summer time but each of us has his private area. Espresso coffee machine

Kitchenette is fully equipped with fridge oven washing machine. Air conditioning. Private entrance. Mosquito nets

Fiumicino airport is at 15 minutes connected by bus passing outside of the house.

I am sure you would have a beautiful time there, I can also organize transfer from there to Rome when you want to visit it.

How do damage deposits work?
