Finca San Agustin has four fully equipped accommodations with total privacy, with a rustic style in some and modern in others, with access to a fantastic garden with common area and wooden house for children and even relaxation area to disconnect an excellent book ! The accommodations are equipped with kitchen with all appliances and appliances, wifi, air conditioning, heating, plasma TV ..., bathroom and comfortable bedroom.

In our facilities we have outdoor swimming pools, one of them open every day of the year, heated, and the other two open during the year, from Monday to Friday, one of them also heated. There is an excellent barbecue area, where you can taste an excellent grilled steak!

Finca San Agustin is 420m away. altitude, 18 minutes from the southern airport - Exit 49 to El Rio, with an average temperature, usually in winter of 23º and in summer, average temperature of 27º, away from tourist areas, ideal to relax and be quiet. We recommend using a car to move around the Island.

In the town of El Rio there is a cafeteria

(Cafeteria Mero's) and a supermarket (Supermarket Udaco). We have beautiful views of the mountains, the sea and the garden.

There is ample free parking just opposite Finca San Agustin

La FINCA "SAN AGUSTIN " consta de cuatro alojamientos, cada uno con excelente decoración, totalmente restaurados, respetando la arquitectura tradicional canaria, cada casa con servicios completos e independientes, ubicada en el Suroeste de Tenerife, en El Rio de Arico, municipio de Arico, en una parcela de 1. 800 metros cuadrados con jardín, arboles frutales y un huerto ecológico. En el exterior con un enorme jardín con zona de piscinas comunitarias, algunas climatizadas y barbacoa. Excelente zona para hacer senderismo, rutas a caballo, paseos en bici y escalada o incluso relajarse sin salir de la Finca. Es una zona muy tranquila y especialmente con mucha paz !!

Why can't I call Eva (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Eva (the owner) a message.

If Eva (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
