The apartment is set in one of the most famous pieces of coastline in Sicily, whose popularity has incredibly grown thanks to the Rai series Inspector Montalbano, broadcasted also by BBC. The apartment, like Montalbano's sea-side house, is located in the heart of Punta Secca, renamed 'Marinella' in the fiction. It is a picturesque fishing hamlet with preserved sandy beaches and crystal clear waters. The village skyline sports a lighthouse, a small port and a16th century watchtower, framed by wonderful sunsets on the Mediterranean sea: a stunning view that leaves speechless.
The apartment is on the first floor, elegantly furnished, with all the comforts, cooling and heating system, WIFI, TV, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. Two double bedrooms, two bathroom, large and cozy open living room and kitchen space. There are walk-out balconies and a large terrace.
All the lodgings, besides enjoying the privileged closeness to still untouched beaches, are in the middle of a territory whose artistic and cultural heritage is of very high level.

L'appartamento e' situato in uno dei più famosi tratti della costa siciliana, la cui notorietà è cresciuta incredibilmente grazie alla serie Rai, trasmessa anche dalla BBC, Il Commissario Montalbano. L'appartamento, così come la casa sulla spiaggia di Montalbano (circa 100 metri distante) , si trovano a Punta Secca, ribattezzata 'Marinella' nella fiction. E' un pittoresco paesino di pescatori con spiagge intatte e acque cristalline. Nel profilo del paese fanno bella mostra un faro, un piccolo porto e una torre di avvistamento del sedicesimo secolo, incorniciati da splendidi tramonti sul mar Mediterraneo: una vista stupefacente che lascia senza fiato.
Appartamento sito al I° piano, arredato elegantemente, fornito di tutti i confort – condizionatori caldo/freddo, WIFI, televisore , cucina attrezzata, lavatrice. Ha due camere da letto matrimoniali, 2 bagni con doccia, un ampio e comodo salone/cucina. Ha balconi abitabili e diretto accesso alla grande terrazza arredata con lettini ombrellone e tavolino.
La struttura , oltre a godere della privilegiata vicinanza (meno di 100 metri) di un mare ancora incontaminato, e' al centro di un territorio il cui patrimonio artistico e culturale è di altissimo livello.
