2 bedroom apartment is situated in the complex located in the tourist area of Playa de la Arena on the south-west coast of Tenerife, just 100 m from the sea side and 300 m from the beach.

Important: the apartment is available for long term rent (3+ months) and the price provided is for monthly rent (not days or weeks).

The apartment is spacious and features classic decor. It has a seating area with TV, 2 sofa beds and dinner table, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and en suite bathroom, another with 2 single beds), fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge and tea/coffee facilities, washing machine, an ironing set, and a large sunny terrace.

Guests can enjoy the swimming pool and sun terrace (soliarium) on the roof.

High speed internet. Children friendly.

Just across the street there is a nice recreational area by the sea side. Playa de la Arena beach has blue flag for the cleanliness and just 2 bus stops away in the neighbouring village of Los Gigantes there is another beach, marina and breathtaking cliffs.

Owners for visitors provide free consultancy regarding cheap car rental, holiday trips, sightseeing and inexpensive shopping (outlets, flee market, etc.), places for quality food, hiking routes.

Apartment is in the south west part of Tenerife island, is just few minutes away from the beach, bars, restaurants and center of Puerto de Santiago. This part of the island is the least windy and the most balanced for relaxed and perfect holidays.
