Casa Charlana is a beautiful detached villa with private swimming pool located in the exclusive Los Mojones area of Puerto del carmen in Lanzarote. Conveniently situated close to the golden sandy beaches and within walking distance to many excellent Canarian and international style restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

Casa Charlana has a spacious open plan lounge with fully fitted kitchen and quality furniture. The twin bedroom and family sized marble bathroom occupy the ground floor along with the kitchen and lounge/diner. The master suite and en suite bathroom are situated on the first floor with fabulous sea views from the 2 terraces.

The private pool is surrounded by sunbathing areas, a BBQ and private walled gardens.
Casa Charlana also has a gated driveway for those who wish to hire a car.

Beautiful mature lush gardens surrounding the private solar heated pool and sunbathing area. Plenty of sunbeds for all the family with a covered pergola over the al fresco dining area providing shade for the hotter days of summer. guests may also enjoy the built in BBQ area along with outside sink and worktop space for entertaining.

Why can't I call Gemma (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gemma (the owner) a message.

If Gemma (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
